Stunning Apartment

Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Lovely family.

The local area is short on facilities ie restaurants and bars. The 8 bus is regular and 20 mins to the old town. The beach is rocky and difficult to get in and out of the sea. Croatia is not cheap now in the euro. Much is well overpriced. Restaurants are average and expensive. Beer and wine is expensive. Best to buy at Tommy supermarket and drink at home. The resort closes winter so they double up to keep going through winter. Beware scum taxi drivers who will rip you. Asked for €80 for a 9km ride from the airport. Do not pay it. It is €30.

The apartment with patio is quite compact, enough for single traveller :), it’s clean and cosy. The location has nice connection with the Zadar old city by bus. There is a supermarket nearby, a bakery and some restaurants and cafe. I liked that owners support waste sorting. The beach is right across the road (please mind that you need special swimming shoes because of stones). Also there is long beautiful embankment for evening walks. And that is here I saw one of the most sightseeing sunsets so far 😍

Modern, bright room with everything you need in an excellent location minutes from the sea, and close to the beautiful historic centre of Diklo. The host family was so friendly, making syure I was comfortable, and even taking me into town for my bus at the end of the trip.

Sparkling clean apartment in a beautiful location

We had a fabulous stay in Apartmani Milin. The apartment is sparkling clean and is very well appointed with everything we needed to cook our own meals. I so appreciated the small thoughtful touches like the shampoo and beauty products, and our host was so kind and welcoming, even giving us a delicious gift of homemade brandy. The apartment has a beautiful garden and is in a fantastic location just a stone's throw away from a lovely swimming beach. It is well connected to town, the bus station and airport by bus. It didnt bother us at all not being right in the old town as this area was so lovely - in fact we preferred it! Cannot recommend this place highly enough :)

Excellent experience

We felt indeed very welcome here from the minute we arrived. Hosts were exceptional - everyone so genuinly kind and friendly, and professional at the same time - willing to help with just about anything! Probably the nicest hosts we met so far. The apartment is cleaned to perfection. Our apartment had kitchen and living room area plus separated bedroom, and it was really spacious. Extra bonus points for dishwasher, we're thankful we had one - apartments with dishwasher are so hard to find. Very beautiful bathroom too with relaxing blue light above shower. Apartment is located close to local bus stop so it has good connection with center of the city. Beach can be a bit crowded as it's not so wide, but some wouldn't mind probably, it just depends on individual preference. All in all, we had a beautiful stay and we'll choose this apartment without hesitation if we return to Zadar again!

Nothing to complain... All the things were perfect at apartment Milin. The distance to the beach is less than 1 min walking away... The apartment is super new, modern and nice... Our hosts we're super friendly and patience with us~ We love it too much

Great place to stay!

The host is very helpful and nice. She welcomed us right after our arrival and gave us detailed information about our accommodation and neighborhood (beaches, restaurants, shops, etc.). She speaks English very well. Aspartame thanks was very clean, comfortable and 100m to the beach. There are also some restaurants, shops, cafes nearby. Also there is no problem with the parking. The bus stop to the center is 200m from the apartamet.

Very close to the beach, convince store is also around. Few coffee shops and a place to grab a meal in a few minutes walking distance. Overall, good place if you don't want to use your car. And you can take a nice walk on the beach all the way up to the downtown Zadar.

Everything was really great, the host was really helpfull in expalining how best to get around, and even borowed us sun umbrella. And she speeks perfect english.

Studio apartment was very, very clean. It's very well equipped with dishes, has a microwave, kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer... Hostess is very kind and at the service 0-24. Apartment is close to the beach and there is shop, fast food and restaurant nearby.

Jako blizu plaze, vrlo srdacni domacini, ugodan ambijent (i apartman i vrt)

Najvise mi se svidjela lokacija, koja je jako blizu mora i svih drugih sadrzaja (restoran, kafic, ducan), jako lijepo ureden i miran vrt za popiti jutarnju javicu i vrlo ugodni domacini :). Gradski je prijevoz vrlo blizu te cesto vozi do centra Zadra.

Stupenda esperienza, da ripetere e consigliare

Cominciamo con i proprietari che sono stati gentilissimi dall'inizio alla fine, ci hanno comunicato via messaggio quando la struttura era pronta, ci hanno fatto vedere i vari servizi della camera, spiegato come arrivare nel centro di Zara col mezzo pubblico che passa proprio lì davanti. Appartamento stupendo, pulitissimo e si vede che è curato in ogni dettaglio, tutti i servizi necessari. Mare subito davanti alla strada dell'appartamento con supermercato a 5 minuti a piedi, tutta la passeggiata lungomare con ristoranti. Il centro di Zara è a 10 minuti di macchina, il letto è molto comodo, l'unico consiglio che potrei dare è pensare di inserire anche una lavatrice all'interno dell'appartamento, per il resto ha tutto! I proprietari ci hanno regalato un liquore fatto coi frutti del loro orto e in questo appartamento e pensando a loro ci abbiamo lasciato un pezzo del nostro cuore, che va ben oltre al soggiorno meramente turistico, consiglio questo appartamento a chiunque visiti Zara e dintorni.
