Rooms were a decent size, beds and pillows very comfortable
Breakfast very good
Staff very helpful
This appears to be an extended building which means unfortunately there are steps leading to the elevator. I don’t think anyone with mobility issues would be able to manage all the steps. The staff did carry my luggage to the room.

Water at 30degC…. That’s too cold. Asked 3 times to increase it > no result.
