I truly loved and enjoyed every moment staying on this place with my friends. Well equipped apartment with air-conditiong and terrace. Perfect location both for spending time on the beach and as a base for longer trips. Very kind, helpful hosts with friendly dog named Ben.

Superb apartment, amazing value for money, I fell in love as soon as I saw the pictures here on Booking, particularly the bunk bed for our 4-year old daughter located above our bed, once on site it was exactly like that so it didn't disappoint. The apartment is huge, clean, air-conditioned and well equipped, with a big sofa in the lounge. There is also a second double bedroom (that we didn't use). A cotbed for our baby daughter was provided free of charge. We found some complimentary drinks in the fridge. Very spacious terrace, overlooking the sea (in the distance) and ideal to have breakfast in the morning. A handy clothes hanger was available to dry your wet bathing suits & towels. The landlords Denis & Dijana (who live downstairs) are excellent hosts, easy-going and always up for a chat whenever we were going out or coming back. On arrival, we received a warm welcome and were shown around the place. Distance-wise, within less than 5 minutes' walk there's a pekara (bakery), a greengrocer and a little supermarket, a couple of minutes more you get to the nearest beach, whereas if you want to get to Makarska town centre you need to walk a further 10 or so minutes. If you come by car there is space to park free of charge within the property, the road itself and the area are very quiet. We can recommend this apartment to anybody without reservations.

Leaving, as we only stayed 3 nights... The following three points are not strictly negatives but just things to bear in mind: - the owners have a big dog, Ben, who is very peaceful and left free to roam around, I am mentioning this in case you have a dog allergy, etc. - do not leave any food on the tables in the lounge and on the terrace as it might attracts ants. - we forgot to mention to the owners that the kitchen cloths had no absorbent power whatsoever, they should be replaced with better ones, or kitchen paper rolls should be provided instead.
