You know how sometimes you go to a place, open the door, and just be amazed by how it surpasses all your expectations? Well, this is not that case. It's just what you'd expect from a small studio. It's basically a bedroom and a small balcony. Nothing special, nothing out of the ordinary. I must give credit to the cleaning lady; the garbage cans are cleaned every day, and the bed linen and towels are replaced every other day. That was great and very unexpected. Big thanks!
The rooms are not soundproof. If somebody in the building is snoring or "having fun", you're with them. The shower is small small, and the curtain is always stuck to you while having a shower. If you're on the ground floor, every time somebody flushes a toilet or has a shower, the water goes through your pipes in the bathroom, so you have a waterfall sound effect.

The studio was spacious with a handy balcony for morning coffee & drying towels. It also included a small kitchenette for simple meals.
Bathroom needed an upgrade, shower was awkward & small. The studio needed some finishing touches to make it a bit more cosy. The driveway was a bit difficult to negotiate.
