The outside of the house was well kept. Excellent accommodations. This house was very clean. We had a big group and fed 40 additional guests at tables and chairs (rented from Something Borrowed in Spearfish) in the garage. We loved the kitchen bar seating and actually served food from it. The deck was really nice and had an amazing view. Beds were comfortable. The house manager was super nice.The only things that we found odd, were that the TV was quite small for the living room area and the kitchen needed restocking with serving spoons, bowls and platters. There were also only a few nice drinking glasses. We figured after time, things have probably been broken and not replaced. Not a deal breaker. We would definitely stay there again. We loved the the windows all through the main level, it was so bright, but yet had great blinds for privacy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Sturgis property located on the Boulder Canyon golf course. We were in Rapid City for a summer baseball tournament with several families staying together. The house had plenty of space for all our travelers. We enjoyed the evening views on the deck, as well as grilling out and sitting by the fire pit. We would highly recommend this property!

Extended family of 12 stayed comfortably in spacious home with two refrigerators, two washers, game room and plenty of beds for all the kids.
