About this house rental
Lovely vacation home, located in the Landes, in a nice 'airial' (clearing of oak trees in the middle of a forest of pine trees), close to Castets des Landes. 3 bedrooms, Large 5000 sq.m garden with tennis court and a private pool thanks to a fence with a gate.
This 180 sq.m villa opens on a large and bright room, with a comfortable living area, with nice wooden beams supporting the wooden framework, comfortable armchairs and sofas around the fireplace, nice furniture in the corners, on a nice tiled floor. A mezzanine, with a small sofa, overlooks this living-room. Friendly atmosphere thanks to the perfect blend of the wood, the floor tiles, and the nice furniture. The dining room area is very nice, and the kitchen is separate, but open on the living room. It has everything you will need to spend nice holidays (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.). On a single storey, the villa consists of 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with nice glass brick ceiling, 1 second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with 2 single beds, sharing 1 complete bathroom with toilet + 1 separate toilet. Sophisticated decoration. Television, Hifi and Wi-Fi.
The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden, with lawn and trees. A vine runs along the house. One corner of the villa has been equipped as a covered terrace, with barbecue, for al-fresco dinners.

The property is lovely and the outside space is amazing. Everything that you need for a peaceful family holiday. Our children loved playing in the pool, in the play house and going on bike rides and we loved the peace of mind of an enclosed garden and fenced pool. The house is very well equipped with everything you need and whilst you are situated in the middle of the woods, you needn’t feel isolated as other houses are in sightand the village and supermarket is only 5 minutes away.
The owners were lovely and welcoming and we were in constant communication before, during and after our stay which was very useful.

La maison est totalement conforme à la description : chaleureuse, décorée avec beaucoup de soin et de goût. Elle est aussi fonctionnelle et très bien entretenue. Nous avons adoré le salon, les poutres et la hauteur sous plafond. L'extérieur est magnifique avec la terrasse confortable, donnant sur le grand jardin et la piscine. Tout ceci dans un environnement très tranquille, mais tout proche des commodités.
L'accueil est chaleureux et Henri est resté prévenant tout au long du séjour.
A recommander sans hésiter.

Avec nos enfants et petits enfants nous avons passé des jours inoubliables à l'Airial de la famille Russé. Nous avons adoré ce lieu caché au milieu des bois, un vrai paradis immergé dans la nature. La magnifique maison est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût, et le jardin fleuri et la belle piscine privée sont parfaitement entretenus. Tout était impeccable à notre arrivée. Les descriptions et les photos ne peuvent pas rendre la vraie beauté et la grande valeur de ce lieu enchanteur. Merci, Henri, de nous avoir donné la possibilité de séjourner chez vous.
