Spacious apartment facing the sea with 4 rooms and accommodation for 8 people in the center of Águilas and next to the leisure sites. The house is recently renovated and fully equipped to enjoy from the first day and has two large terraces and parking area within the building grounds. Perfect for families and groups of friends.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, 1 double, 4 singles and one body and a half with a capacity for 7 or 8 people. Its two large terraces give a lot of play, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a cozy atmosphere. It has a full bathroom and a toilet and elevator with direct access to the apartment located on the third floor, large living room and kitchen. All the rooms give the exterior providing natural lighting throughout the house and good ventilation.
The property is located in a private complex with parking only for residents and a square with benches. The pool does not belong to the building although it is right next door. To use it you can get a bonus with a cost of € 25 at the municipal sports office of Águilas. This complex has a terrace bar, gardens and paddle tennis court all just two minutes from the beach.
Tranquility is the word that best defines this fantastic area facing the sea while agreeing with all the daily activity to be located 5 minutes from the center walked by the walk of the delights where you can also access the three beaches walk vine, Delicias beach and yacht club right in front of the house.
The vehicle can be parked in the private building. To move the most recommended is to do it on foot since everything is very close and that way you feel more the essence of this wonderful place. Although we recommend visiting the beautiful and well-known Águilas coves by car in just 15 minutes. We had agreat time in the area but the flat was over dressed and lacked attention to practical details There were only 2 rea spoons the knives flexed and i did not use two forks that matched The patio doors were very heavy and difficult to open .The high level flush needed special attention to stop it flusfing .I also found that it was unpleasent to have to eat with the light on because it was to cold to open the sutters during the days when the wind blewIts all there you just need to spend a couple of days living there I WILL NOT BE BACK BECAUSE THE MATTRESS ON THE MAIN BED WAS BADLY STAINED AND HAD COLLAPRD IN THE MIDDLE
