Beautiful and spacious villa with views of the mountains, sun all day, located in the prestigious Vizcondado de Cabañas Urbanization in Calonge - it is located only 2/3 kilometers. from the town and 4/5 kilometers. of the most pleasant beaches of Costa Brava.
The villa has a total of approximately 190 m2 and is divided into two floors.
It consists of 4 rooms (3 double rooms and a double room can be quadruple if required in a timely manner), 3 bathrooms, 1 laundry (washer / dryer), a fully equipped kitchenette, a large living room, several terraces, porch , private pool and beautiful Mediterranean garden.
The house has heating, private pool, 1 private parking space (it is also easy to park on the street in front of the house) and garden, with beautiful mountain views. The house has wifi and satellite TV (international)

The villa disposes d´un total d´environ 190 m2 et est divisée sur deux niveaux.
Elle possède 4 chambres (3 chambres doubles et 1 chambre double convertible into chambre quadruple if besoin ponctuel), 3 salins de bains complètes, une cuisine américaine entiérement équippée, a grand salon-salle à manger, une buhanderie (lave-linge et sèche linge ), plusieures terrasses, porch, a piscine privée et a joli jardin of type méditerranéen. Very spacious and well equipped house with a large pool and great views over the valley. Comfortable beds and good bathrooms. The only negative points was the old stove which is slow and made cooking a bit of a hassle, and the area's dysfunctional garbage collecting system. But the last point is no fault of the house owners of course. All in all a very nice house where you can comfortably relax.

Gauthier did a great job checking us in. The villa was everything we hoped for and more. Private and quiet, plenty of space for everybody, in the sun or in the shade.

Gauthier was a brilliant host, communication and service received right from booking to leaving was great. The villa is perfect for a relaxing family break, we could put our girls to bed after a day exploring this beautiful area and bbq on the terrace. We were sad to leave and would love to go back one day. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a lovely week at the house just outside all the hustle and bustle of the tourist resorts. The villa has a beautiful view and is quietly located in a beautiful residential area. You hardly see the neighbors, but it is also not remote from civilization.
The villa was clean, very spacious and above all fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were received perfectly by the property manager and the contact during the week was fine.
The bedrooms were spacious, equipped with a fan and a private bathroom. Especially the beds were very comfortable for a holiday home.
All in all a wonderful stay in this beautiful holiday home. Thanks to all who made this possible!
