. The apartment is LARGE (60 m2), 50 meters from the BEACHES of fine sand of Juan les Pins, and all shops, restaurants ... OPTIONAL PARKING (in the building, access by remote control. AGREE when booking if you have a vehicle because everything can be done on foot)

The best outlook in the French Riviera - every morning and night we sat on the balcony enjoying the vista. The Unit has everything you need and is secure. We stayed for just over a week and loved it Local restaurants are so good and many grocery stores close by

We stayed 5 nights in May as a family of 4 people, including two teens (who slept on the lounge sofa bed).Great location to explore the Cote D 'Azure or lounge and enjoy the beach.The property is modern and well presented with a well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom/ toilet and good quality bed linen and towels.Beds were comfortable (including the sofa bed) and there was good storage in the bedrooms and bathrooms.The onsite support was super helpful and very friendly, accommodating our arrival and departure timings.The view of the ocean is really beautiful and the balcony lovely and large, with furniture for lounging and eating.There were ongoing works across the road on the walkway and beach which provided some noise, but this did not disrupt our trip too much. I believe these works should be taking a break for the peak summer months but worth checking if you are concerned.Overall I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic apartment with views over the bay and beach, we had a lovely week here with great weather only spoilt slightly by the building work ongoing over the road in front but I am sure will be finished soon.
This is a great location near to every thing you could need with a great fruit and veg shop around the corner 2 mins walk and Casino supermarket 1 min further along.
Parking in the garage below is very useful as on road parking in the area can be very busy
we will be back !!

Bel appartement très bien situé mais manque d entretien: installation électrique "fantaisiste " robinetterie quasiment hors d usage et surtout accueil déplorable avec entrée dans l appartement à 16 h 30 au lieu des 14h indiqué
Bref ça ne vaut pas le coût de location
