Conveniently situated for the local amenities of Parsons Green, this stunning three-bedroom apartment offers fabulous living and entertaining accommodation, ideal for families and/or group bookings.
Arranged over the two top floors of a period building with great views of the surrounding area, the apartment is accessed through a secure entrance on Fulham Road between two shops. The door to the apartment is up the stairs on the second floor, and there are stairs within the apartment.
BEDROOMS
The apartment has three bedrooms off of a hallway on the lower floor, all with built-in wardrobes. Two large bedrooms offer the option of either one king-sized bed or 2 single beds, adding welcome flexibility to sleeping arrangements. The third bedroom is a standard double.
BATHROOMS
There are 2 modern bathrooms, one is an ensuite with shower and one is a family bathroom with bath and shower, both on the same floor as the bedrooms.
LIVING/KITCHEN
The open-plan living area on the top floor is flooded with light and offers spectacular views over the rooftops of Fulham giving this superb entertaining space a penthouse feel.
The kitchen is fitted with all the necessary appliances, a breakfast bar, and a dining table that seats 6 for a comfortable, self-catering holiday. The living room has ample seating including a large sofa with pullout bed for another sleep option.
Smart TV with Sky box and wifi are included.
LOCATION/AMENITIES
The apartment is in a residential yet lively cosmopolitan area popular with families and travelers who enjoy the many fabulous restaurants, bars/pubs (including the famous White Horse Pub on Parsons Green), cafes, and local shops. Bishops Park (home to Fulham Palace along the Thames), South Park, Eel Brook Common and Hurlingham Park offer green spaces, sports facilities and children’s play areas.
TRANSPORTATION
The area is well-served by public transportation.
Underground: Parsons Green Station (District Line) is a 5-minute walk
Buses: 14, 414 (just steps from the apartment); 295, 28, 22 (short walk)
Bicycle: Santander bikes-for-hire dock across the road and all over London
ATTRACTIONS
From here, you are within easy reach of many attractions including the Natural History Museum, Victoria & Albert Museum, Science Museum, Royal Albert Hall. Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, and the theatre/nightlife of the West End.
If you are a Chelsea FC fan, Stamford Bridge is just down the Fulham Road. If you love shopping, the Kings Road, Kensington, and Knightsbridge, including Harrods, are also close by or if your tastes are more eclectic, Portobello Road Antiques Market in Notting Hill is a must see, all easy journeys by bus or tube.

We stayed here in November with our family of 5 and had a great time! The flat is furnished with everything you will need and is located in a great location. Only a few minutes walk to the nearest underground which we used daily. If you’re futbol fans, it’s situated right in between Stamford Bridge and Craven Cottage. We had a blast touring the stadiums and going to games. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a week with our three children; 15, 12, and 9. We would totally stay here again. The unit is exactly as it is described and shown in the photos. The view out of the top floor was amazing and opening the massive doors to get a breeze was great in the warm weather. The location in Parsons Green is super convenient to the Tube and there are tons of cafes, shops, and pubs within walking distance. 5 stars.

This was the perfect home away from home. It was spacious, clean and super convenient to the Underground. We were there during temperate weather (early June), so having windows open was adequate for cooling and fresh air. The last few days temperatures heated up and it would have been a bit uncomfortable had the weather not cooperated. There may be an air condition unit, but one was not apparent to me. The living area was spacious enough for our family of 4 and each teenager and my husband and I having our own rooms was nice. This is a third floor apartment with no lift, so something to keep in mind if you have anyone in your party with mobility issues. Overall, it was perfect for us and Yolanda was a helpful host.

We (family of five) spent the past 13 days exploring London and this flat was exactly as advertised and previously commented upon. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and a great place to relax with a cup of tea after a long day exploring London. The flat was easily accessible by rail (tube) from Heathrow. Yolanda, the property manager was great at corresponding with us and meeting us when we arrived at the flat - first class hospitality! If you want to experience living like a Londoner - this is the place to stay, with its easy access to the local bus route and tube station to take you around the City. For those thinking of an adventure in London to see the sites, we recommend you do as we did: get a London Oyster Card and London Pass (we saved 50% on admission by using the London Pass) prior to your trip, and consider this flat. Bon Voyage!
