About this house rental
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY for all queries ,instructions and possibility of any extra fees.
Large home with lots of room and large private back yard.
All bedrooms including bunkrooms have own door leading onto covered decking.
5 minute walk to safe swimming beach, playground, boat ramp, shop and Sunset Point Sports Bar.
Quiet and Safe No Exit Road,Semi Secluded.
Beautiful and safe Beaches,Fishing/Boating on either side of Mahia Peninsula.
Pleasant Cycling and Walking Areas.
Mahia Beach to Gisborne is about an hour or 40 minutes to Wairoa,
Also the Famous Morere Hot Springs is 25 minutes away.
Napier is about 2 and a half hours drive.
Special conditions:
Smoking allowed outside only,Please use Ashtrays Provided,not grounds.
No Candles or outside open fires.
No Stag Parties or Large Rowdy Parties.
Excess Rubbish will be removed and charged to guests.
Check in @ 2pm
Check out @ 10am Firm for Cleaning
Any Guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for any Damages and Charged accordingly.

$400 per night is for up to 4 People.
Linen supplied for 3 Dbl Beds in main bedrooms.
$40 per extra person per night
Under 2 Free.
Minimum 4 People
Maximum of 14 includes Babies and Children

4 single Bunk beds
Extras: Linen
Bunkrooms (Extra NZ$30.00 per person for linen)
NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to leave as you found it.
CLEAN SHOWERS and TOILETS.
dishes,vacumming and if you use BBQ
Please clean for next guest or their will be a $50 fee for BBQ,as we do not charge a cleaning fee,but have found some guest don't really bother and obviously this is more time for cleaners.We do not want to charge a cleaners fee,unfortunately if guest continue to not clean adequately we may have to implement this

Lovely home with all the amenities you need, set in a peaceful location and offering plenty of space for the whole family. We really enjoyed our stay.It may be helpful to update the property details on the Bookabach website, particularly the information around key collection and the internet name and password, to make arrival and settling in even easier for future guests. A welcome book would also be a great addition, providing helpful information about the house and outlining what is expected of guests on departure.We would happily stay again and would absolutely recommend this property to others.
