Half an hour from Florence and Siena, 20 minutes from Arezzo, it is a unique solution for visiting Tuscany and spending a perfectly relaxing holiday by the pool surrounded by centuries-old olive and cypress trees. Three comfortable bedrooms. two bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining area. Ample parking near the house. Large garden and swimming pool with breathtaking views, a sea of green for a perfectly relaxing holiday. Poggio Corsucci is not only peace and quiet, within a day you can reach renowned seaside resorts on the Tuscan coast, indulge in sport and have excellent experiences of all-Italian taste: from art to wine, from cuisine to fashion. Cities of art, historic wine cellars, restaurants and outlets all nearby.

Beschrijving van het huis is niet compleet: De woning ligt geheel op de eerste verdieping en het veel lager gelegen zwembad wordt gedeeld met vier andere zich op het terrein bevindende woningen. Wij konden steeds buiten onder de patio eten maar het was steeds een behoorlijk gesjouw met borden, etenswaar, etc. Het huis zelf is goed onderhouden, schoon en biedt een prachtig uitzicht over de omgeving. Kamers zijn ok behalve de eethoek, een merkwaardige donkere nis van 1,7 m breed waar een lange smalle tafel met twee banken staat. Wissel linnengoed 1x per week. Zwembad is ruim en wordt elke dag schoongemaakt. De eigenares is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bezienswaardigheden liggen binnen allemaal 1-1,5 uur rijden. Al met al toch wel een goed adres.

Domaine et appartement tres bien situé. Belle Piscine avec une vue magnifique au milieu des oliviers et chênes. Propriétaire sur place très accueillante. Tous pour passer de bons moments.
