Clean, comfortable and central location

Perfect location for attending the European Rally. The apartment was clean spacious and airy with a seating area / balcony and all relevant facilities. We were also able to use the laundrette included in the price.

The reception area was closed and a notice informed we had to collect the keys from the reception at Prearies de la Mer) As we had booked the apartment for the European Rally, finding the reception provided to be very difficult and stressful. Not the start we wanted. However once we had the keys the instructions were provided for the apartment we were happy with the accommodation / facilities.

Great place to stay around Port-Grimaud!

The location... Right next to Port Grimaud and about 500m from the Beach. Lots of shops, boutiques and restaurants available within walking distance. The room was very cozy, warm and clean.

Although the area is protected (only residents or guests can access the area with their car) and as such fairly quiet, we could hear a lot of noise from the guests of the apartment above ours. Guests were not noisy as such, but we could hear every step and every chair moving on the ground...

Location was great, very close to the beach and the port area.

Quite a bit of road noise at the back of the property where the bedroom was located. Shower was not up to modern day standards - was quite difficult to wash off the daily suntan lotion! :)

perfect location

great location for port grimaud 5 minutes walk to loads of restaurants .the beach was very close , the campsite facilities where available to us and were excellent.

- Location (few minutes walking to the beach and port grimaud) - Terrace and overall facilities - Surrounding: we were worried about neighbours where our apartment was surrounded (upstairs, 2 sides). But we had no vis a vis and they were really calm along the day and at night (families). Except when moving the chairs during breakfast and dinner time which was quite noisy but you can live with it :)

- Poor Wifi and 4G connection (my husband suppose to work few days due to important deadliness he had and honestly this completely spoiled few days of his vacation due to not necessary stress) - Reception was not really helpful for the above point - Only one drawer in the room + small wardrobe with few hangers to organize your clothes (hopefully we were 2). Missing a wardrobe

Propreté moyenne, aucun état des lieux, ni en entrant, ni en sortant….pas de liste du matériel….manque ustensiles de nettoyage de l’appartement (sceau, serpillière)

Prachtige plek, kwaliteit viel tegen

De locatie.

Huisje was niet schoon. Hele week met 1 handdoek. Personeel bij receptie Jardins de la Mer onaardig. Bij Prairies wel aardig. Procedure rondom uitchecken zeer onduidelijk. Hebben zitten wachten op iemand die kwam checken, maar die kwam niet. Opgebeld en kregen te horen dat er in het weekend niemand komt en dat we de sleutels bij de camping moesten inleveren.

Bellissima struttura in mezzo al verde. Dotata di tutti i comfort necessari!

Ho cercato di mandare più messaggi al mio arrivo ma nessuna risposta e non c’era nessuno che ci accogliesse e per entrare nella struttura loro si sono affidati ad un resort li vicino a 400 m quindi abbiamo dovuto riprendere la macchina per farci dare le chiavi. Procedura per niente chiara, ci siamo dovute arrangiare.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, für unseren Urlaub perfekt

Die Lage war super, am Rand des Hafensgebiets. In direkter Nähe ist ein Restaurant und Pub. Absolut top sind die privaten Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus.

La localisation était top. Belle appart avec tous ce dont on avez besoin.

- L’humidité! Horrible On avait beau aéré les pièces, tout était humide les draps, nos habits, les serviettes ne séchaient pas -La communication entre les jardins et les prairies pas top

Très beau séjour pour le printemps, on a bien pu profiter et la résidence est très bien placée.

Résidence qui fait partie des Prairies de la Mer donc très sympa quand on a des enfants. On est dans une résidence privée au calme et on peut tout de même profiter des activités du camping. Un bon compromis parents enfants. La résidence est à la porte d'entrée de Port Grimaud, juste à traverser donc hyper bien située.

Nous avons eu un souci avec des punaises de printemps qui étaient dans l'appartement. Pénible à la longue car même le soir sans ouvrir les fenêtres on était embêté. Ces insectes sont inoffensifs mais on aime pas vivre avec...

Servizi del villaggio molto comodi e vari soprattutto molto adatti alle famiglie con bambini. Posizione di facile accesso per il mare e per l'ingresso alla cittadina di Port Grimaud.

Divano letto abbastanza scomodo. Pulizia migliorabile.

Schöne Anlage

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr groß, die Küche gut ausgestattet, ruhige Lage, Parkplatz hinter dem Haus.

Der Garten war letztlich eine Terrasse, auf der man aber dennoch schön sitzen konnte. Das Bett war etwas hart und insgesamt wirkte die Wohnung etwas feucht (Geruch).
