Very good location few steps to frequent beach. Landlord was kind and helpful when needed. AC was working well, parking was free in backyard of property.

Wi-fi was not stable and for first two days non existent, however they fixed it somehow later. Apartments are for sale with unfinished building under it and it shows in some way. Kitchen was not available.

Perfect accomodation near the sea

The apartment was very clean, good equipped, the hosts kind and helpful. Parking place right next to the guest house. The location of Villa Toni is great, a few steps from the beach (the best beach in the village), right next to restaurants, bakery, bars - simply perfect.

Marina and Josip are very kindly people. They willingly showed us the surroundings and nice places, also they recommended us great restaurants. The room was very nice and clean and right by the sea with few beach bars and good entry into the sea, also suitable for children.

Very kind stuff. We had nice time. Villa is situated 50 meters from the beach and less than 10 minutes walkinf from village center. Perfect location for vacation.... we had a good time. We will return.

Good place for holiday. Everything within easy reach. Absolutely fantastic approach.

Accommodation is easy to find. The helpful staff is on site at almost any time and is very helpful. The villa itself is not located near the beach - you have to walk about 200m - but it is not an obstacle. The apartments themselves are rather smaller - great for sleeping. Family 2 + 2 (children up to 15 years) completely fine. Equipment of the apartment sufficient with the offer of any addition in case of damage. Nothing is a problem. Towels are also included, after an agreement we changed them halfway through our stay - again no problem. A larger hotel is being built opposite the villa, which will probably be busier when completed. For now, it is a quiet nice place with private parking and very warm access. Shops and restaurants within minutes, beach within minutes, Zadar half an hour by car ... perfect place. If you are not a 5 * princess, this is a great place :)

You get really good value for your money in Villa Toni

Location is perfect, one minute walking distance to the beach. We were welcomed by amicable host Marina who was very helpful in showing us our room and giving us information about places of interest in our neighborhood.

There is a huge common terrace on the top floor with a nice view but because of the lack of any chairs or tables, we couldn't really make any use of it. Everything else was by our expectations.

Very unclean, uncomfortable

Everything was dirty, unclean. There was hair on the bed, on the Terrace, in the bathroom, in the fridge. Sheets were not clean either. Furniture is extremely old , we also Had cockroaches... if you want clean area, there Are lot of apartments nearby for the same prize, so i suggest not to male reservation in this one.

Na recepcii nám odovzdali osobne kľúče a zaviedli nás do izby

Hneď v prvý deň bol problém s odpadom v kupelni,strašný smrad,keď sme upozornili na to kompetentných,tak nám bolo povedané,že pošlú kolegu,do konca pobytu nenastala žiadna náprava a ani nikto tam nebol,nakoľko o tomto probléme museli vedieť,nedalo sa fungovať v tej kupelni,kupili sme si na vl.náklady vône do zásuvky,ale vôbec to nepomohlo. Ďalej na raňajkách sme si nemohli variť kávu z rýchlovarnej konvice,pretože celá konvica bola špinavá od vodného kameňa a ten tam aj plával,tak sme si museli nosiť vlastnú konvicu z izby.Keď sme prišli na raňajky neskôr,tak sa nám už máločo ušlo a to sme nechodili neskoro,keď boli palacinky tak o 15 min.už neboli vôbec,atď

Für uns eine Enttäuschung

Dachterrasse ist prima. Guter Strand und kurzer Weg dahin. Parkplatz war immer im Gelände verfügbar. Wäscheständer auf Balkon.

Die Bilder vom Hotel sind veraltet. Das sah sicherlich mal vor Jahren so aus. Das Zimmer war deutlich kleiner als beschrieben und entsprach nicht den Bildern! Es war eng im Zimmer, nichts für Menschen mit Platzangst. Die Balkontür ließ sich von außen nicht schließen. Wir mussten immer Papier dazwischen klemmen, wenn wir auf dem Balkon waren. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde nicht sauber gemacht und Wäsche nicht gewechselt. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde uns wenigstens auf dem Gang gezeigt wo wir uns selbst Handtücher nehmen können. Ein Staubsauger stand auf dem Gang. Wer es sauber will, soll es selbst tun. Mülleimer leeren macht der Gast. Es ist einfach vieles unsauber dort. Tische im Frühstücksbereich wurden nicht abgewischt. Scheinbar nie. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach. Es gibt nicht mal richtigen Kaffee! Man kann sich Wasser selbst erwärmen im Wasserkocher und mit Pulverkaffee anrühren. Der "Saft" eine Katastrophe. Früh war regelmäßig Essengeruch im Zimmer. Vermutlich kam es von der Küche darunter, unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss. Und ausschlafen war auch nicht möglich. Die Küche darunter sorgte für reichlich Krach bei der Frühstücksvorbereitung. Ist sowieso alles laut dort. Wer Ruhe will, sollte wo anders einchecken. Für uns enttäuschend. Wegen der falschen Zimmergröße sollten wir Geld zurück fordern. Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder.

Śniadania były pyszne, a lokalizacja około 150m do morza. kolacje z widokiem na morze z tarasu bezcenne. Przede wszystkim lokalizacja i obsługa, choć doba zaczynała się od 16.00 klucze dostaliśmy już o 12.00 i na powitanie poczęstowano nas śniadaniem.
