Under Canvas Mount Rushmore

Very friendly staff, all of them. No one person was in a bad mood or wouldn’t helped if asked. Staff said they felt appreciated and we noticed they were fully staffed for all activities and needs.

Wish we could have stayed more but our trip continued! We will be back!

Fires should last until later. Plastic cups for wine are flimsy.

That staff was spectacular. Very friendly and helpful. I didn't expect fine dining food but that's what we got. Expensive though. 2 of us was almost $90. The tent was really nice, clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff gave you a ride to your tent.

I was not pleased at all with the heat situation. It's advertised as having heat (a stove). What they don't tell you is that someone has to stay up ALL NIGHT to feed the fire or it will be 33 degrees in your tent in the morning. If you don't have someone with you that can do that, you will have a VERY rough and UNSAFE time driving the next day. We had to get our things and leave at 5am as we were freezing!! Paying over $300 for a late check-in and very early leave is crazy. We couldn't even shower due to the extreme cold. When I camp, I know that is the situation and prepare accordingly. This was unexpected.
