Localização e a cordialidade das pessoas.
Instalações mais antigas, toalhas muito usadas, mais velhas, rampa de acesso principal muito ingrime e escadas com piso irregular.

café da manhã muito bom, o atendimento excelente, bem localizado, tivemos facilidade em fazer o chekin, o valor acessíel e quarto família para 5 pessoas
Fomos em 5 pessoas só havia 3 toalhas de banho. O chuveiro tinha muita pressão de água. O banheiro apesar de bem higienzado precisa de reparos. O ar condicionado pelo fato de ser antigo faz muto barulho.
