The owner (Gaby) was lovely, she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and also accommodated a late check-in due to my shuttle being delayed. I will definitely stay here again when I return to San Cristobal.

Not a bad location, nice view from the terrace. The staff was helpful and accommodating.
The facilities are mediocre with rooms dark and not that attractive. Lighting in the room was harsh and bright to compensate. Kitchen is functional only. Terrace has only some metal chairs and tables without cushions or umbrellas or decoration. Noise is a problem both from inside the hotel and outside. For the price there are better options in town.
