Main sleeping area was up a fairly precarious set stairs in our room. A little inconvenient but fine.

Helpful & friendly staff, comfortable bed. Very quiet despite being in the centre of town.
The continental breakfast provided was very good.
Bathroom is small. The hotel is located on a fairly busy street.

Great location. Close to many restaurants and coffee/breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms were well maintained and supplied. Great that they had a pickup and drop off location for guest arrival and departure
Noise from the outside came easily. No windows to the outside. Noise travelled easily between rooms. We could hear the person next to us snoring. Bottom level had little privacy with only curtains preventing the outside from viewing in.
