This pretty property is located in a very quiet position within walking distance of the 12th century village of Palaia with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside, with olive groves, vineyards and medieval villages. The property has well kept outside living spaces and a nice flat garden ideal for families with children. There is a covered loggia ideal for outdoor dining and a second outdoor dining area where guests can enjoy the built in barbecue/oven. I
Among olive trees is situated the unusually big swimming pool, a large one for this type of house to enjoy.
The property is located in the area of the Pisan Hills from where guests can do beautiful excursions to the main towns of Tuscany: San Gimignano, Volterra, Certaldo etc.
Cleaning service is included 6 hours.
The following might be to be paid extra: Air conditioning, Heating, Pets, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.

Excellent, well-located, spacious, comfortable, well cared for, and spotless villa. Total privacy. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen and dining area. Traditional farmhouse renovated to a very high standard. Beautifully kept garden and plants, lots of surrounding green and shade. Gorgeous swimming pool immersed in olive groves. Walking distance from Palaia, a very pleasant small ridge-top village, with bar, gelateria and several good ristorante. Housekeeper Monia, was very welcoming and helpful throughout. Owner very responsive to our requests. Gardner a real local character who takes great pride in his work. Photos and info on the web-site are accurate. Highly recommended for a family stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in the very beautiful house.
Everything very clean and well-kept.
Great pool for children and adults.
Only note:
The internet is very bad / very slow and quickly overloaded.
But it wasn't too bad for a vacation with children.

Belle piscine et 2 agréables endroits pour manger dehors. Cuisine bien équipée (Beautiful swimming pool and two enjoyable sites where to eat outside. Well-equipped kitchen)

Two relaxing weeks in the unique setting of La Fonte: beautiful and very well kept house and garden, large swimming pool in a fanstatic scenery and three different places around the house to have our meals with a barbecue we can only dream of at home... We had a wonderful holiday and were taken very well care of by Lorena and Roberto who passed by regularly to make sure the house stayed clean and the garden and swimming pool were kept in good shape. Highly recommended!! The pool table is certainly an asset for an evening distraction. The house is beautifully furnished and the Italian touch reinforces the holiday feeling. Highly recommended!!
