Spacious rooms, but thin walls

Nice and spacious rooms with all the equipment in the kitchen! Good location, although you need to walk a bit to the bus stop. Nice kids play room with a care service couple of hours per day. Nice swimming pool, but to get there from the changing room you have to pass ‘unheated’ corridor (feels like you walk outside). Not healthy especially with little kids...

The walls between the rooms are very thin. Our neighbors were partying all three nights so I was tired all my stay as I literally didn’t sleep. About the swimming pool I said already. It is there but not very comfortable. Besides, sauna is only in changing rooms. So if you expect to spend there time with your spouse or your sons, it’s not gonna happen. You will be staying in two different saunas. Food in the bar is available only in the morning or late in the evening. We were not warned that we need to clean the room (maybe I missed this info myself), so I payed €50 extra for cleaning.

Relax in famiglia

Ottima struttura a misura di famiglia, abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente il servizio mini club e la presenza della piscina, che ci ha salvato durante le giornate che non permettevano escursioni. Sicuramente consigliato!

Qualcosa di buono, qualcosa meno

Molto bene la gestione - esterna - del ristorante e della colazione. Ragazzi magari non del tutto esperti ma con grande volontà e qualità del cibo molto buona. Residence in una bellissima posizione e in linea di massima più che discreto, pulito e con qualche servizio aggiuntivo piacevole

Avevamo prenotato un appartamento con determinate aspettative che non sono state rispettate. In Reception mi è stato comunicato che un appartamento come quello che avevo prenotato non era possibile averlo, nonostante lo avessimo pagato e scelto con determinate caratteristiche ben specificate. Non solo non hanno trovato una soluzione alternativa, ma non si sono scusati per l’accaduto.

Riposo tra i monti nel relax completo

Bella piscina, comoda palestra, comode le lavatrici e asciugatrici, appartamento grande e pulito, posto spettacolare, molto vicino al cinema che è presente in estate, fresco anche quando il resto di Italia sta nella morsa del caldo.

Il parcheggio non era sufficiente nella settimana di ferragosto quando la struttura era piena

Nel complesso tutto bene,

Residence molto grande con ampi spazi e tente sale in cui gli ospiti e le loro famiglie possono giocare. Tutto ben pulito, tranquillo. Personale cortese e gentile. Risotorante interno molto buono e con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo per chi decide di fare la mezza pensione od anche solo la colazione.

Relax al fresco con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Abbiamo optato per la formula residence. Appartamento da 4 persone spazioso, luminoso, confortevole, pulito e ben corredato (presente anche lavastoviglie con relativo detersivo). Divano letto comodo quasi quanto un letto normale, nessun fastidio. Gli accappatoi per la piscina si possono noleggiare in reception. Struttura accogliente e poco affollata nei giorni di luglio in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Piscina grande e coperta, utilizzabile anche nei giorni di pioggia.

Non è una vera e propria critica, ma sarebbe opportuno segnalare che la sauna non è disponibile perchè in manutenzione.

Ottima posizione ma per andare in paese abbiamo sempre preso la macchina perché abbiamo due bambini, altrimenti è una passeggiata di 20/30 minuti con calma

La pulizia è la posizione.

Appena entrati nella stanza il water non scaricava. È dovuto intervenire un dipendente per aggiustarlo. Prima di far entrare i clienti, sarebbe opportuno verificare che sia tutto funzionante. Non tutte le camere hanno il letto. In alcune si dorme nel divano letto, che non è altrettanto comodo.

Pulito e rilassante...

Struttura pulitissima e con un piacevole odore di pulito in tutti gli ambienti anche quelli più difficili. L'angolo cottura in camera, anche se piccolino, aveva tutto il necessario, ho consigliato di dotarlo di una insalatiera. Posizione comoda vicino il centro e le principali attrazioni. Comodo posteggio e ristorante in struttura e nei pressi. La camera e i servizi erano nuovissimi così come l'intera struttura. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Purtroppo la piscina nel periodo di permanenza non era disponibile (bassa stagione), peccato averlo saputo solo all'arrivo. Consiglio, se per voi è indispensabile, di chiamare ed informarsi.
