Grate hotel for the price,located close to a tram stop and metro beautiful cathedral in 2 minutes walk,breakfast was good with a good coffee made for each person individually.Host girl was very friendly!

The breakfast was excellent. The room was generally tidy and clean on arrival as was the hotel itself. The hotel was easy to find and had a pretty good location near transport and not far from old town.
There were lights that didn't work or had bulbs missing. There was also a mostly torn window shade which meant it couldn't be closed thus one of the two windows had no covering. The room refresh didn't amount to more than folding the duvet (the bed cover was left half on the bed, there were no towels replaced etc) and emptying the bin. There was a fair bit of noise from the street. On arrival the staff member at the front desk eye rolled me when I asked why they needed my address; it was unprofessional and the answer was non existent. She also made no effort to explain the house and grounds such as where the wifi details were (at the front desk and not in my room) or even the locations of elevators, the breakfast room etc.
