About this villa rental
Exclusive villa with swimming pool immersed in the suggestive Apulian countryside, in the Itria Valley, a few km from the city of Ostuni. Comfort and relaxation of an exclusive villa.
Also a few kilometers from the property is Monopoli, a place of discovery of the first CORALLINA BARRIER IN ITALY.
The villa (100sqm) has AIR CONDITIONING, 3 double bedrooms with 6 beds + 1 (addition of 1/2 bed for a small fee), 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room with fireplace and a spectacular panoramic terrace.

At our facility you will have a ASSISTANT who, in your language, will take care of the reception, the presentation of the structure and services and your assistance throughout your stay.
In particular, you can contact him for information on beaches, itineraries, things to see, restaurants and any problems in general.
• From May 2019 there is a TRANSFER SERVICE with a minibus and driver for the movements of the guests (the transfer service is charged, € 1 / km).
• The wonderful private swimming pool (6x12 meters) is equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, floating cushions and a Hi-Fi audio system.
• Outside a very comfortable patio with living room + dining area with barbecue, sink and fridge.
• Possibility to hire a cook for a fee and to take advantage of daily cleaning (with a little extra).
We also accept DOGS (small pets) that can play in the large garden together with your CHILDREN.
Other EQUIPMENT of the villa:
Parking, Wi-Fi, garden, private pool, TV, sheets and towels, final cleaning, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, underfloor heating.
The possible lack of objects can only be due to the breaking of the same. We will replace them as quickly as possible.

Abbiamo trascorso 12 giorni perfetti
La casa è bellissima, costruita e arredata con grande gusto, ben pulita e con ogni comfort.
La piscina e il patio sono un incanto, ne abbiamo goduto in ogni istante: colazione vista piscina e ulivi ( impagabile ) , pranzo e cena nella zona barbecue e tanto relax
Insomma la casa era talmente bella che siamo usciti davvero poco
Si posso mangiare fichi buonissimi appena colti, e godere di cene con chef privato a casa. Tutto straordinario
In ultimo ma non per importanza, tutte le persone che ci hanno accolto e seguito nel soggiorno sono state ospitali e disponibilissime
Villa Falgheri ci rivediamo presto

La location è davvero comoda, in pochi minuti si raggiungono spiagge, negozi e ristoranti. La zona è ricca di cose da vedere anche in autunno, speriamo di poterci soggiornare per più tempo la prossima volta. Gentilissima la proprietaria della struttura, da consigliare sia a coppie sia a famiglie.
