The central location is superb. A plus also the barking directly behind the house. Since we were in Linz when a heat wave hit, the Airconditioning was a must have. The public area was great to have a beer before enjoying the diner.

We like the location - walkable to the main town area. Since we had a car, carparking space was a top reason to stay here. The family was happy with the breakfast, especially when the staff made our coffee personally. Check-in and check-out processes were relatively easy. There is a lift to assist with access and luggage to higher levels.
Nothing particularly bad really. Just be mindful that the driveway to the carpark is a bit narrow.

great location to the center, especially to the Dom.
good internet coverage.
nice bathroom.
decent breakfast selection.
room is obviously outdated and would need an update.
Overall felt like 3* rather than 4* category.
there was strong unpleasant smell in our room.
not an easy accessible parking entrance (very narrow)
no dinner option inside the hotel (however restaurants are within a walking distance - not ideal option when in rains heavily)
