The evening front desk staff was uninterested and when we asked for directions and for her to call a restaurant for us, she acted like she was doing us a favor. The beds are old and hard and have dips in them and the rooms were quite hot with no AC, or even a fan or cross breeze.

This hotel is outstanding. Fantastic staff, really great SPA (we loved the outdoor pool!), one of the best breakfasts I ever had at a hotel. Nice, comfy rooms and don't miss out on the bar menu at the hotel! They claim not to offer dinner - but the small plates offered at the bar is more than enough for breakfast. The drinks were also amazing - and the bartender too :) The hotel also offers a shuttle to the gondola that we used, very nice!

The room we had was quite hot and lacked A/C and the windows do not open, so we had to have the bathroom window and door open to get a nice temperature! Meanwhile some other guests complained that their room was too cold.

Great stay. Accomodating staff, great SPA facilities, high standard breakfast and bar. The staff served hot drinks outside when we returned from skiing several days! Staff goes the extra mile for the guests comfort.

The breakfast was really good and the staff were very friendly. The spa/wellness was a nice area and it was included in the cost. Very comfortable area to sit and have a drink.

Nice alpine hotel close to slopes, with friendly service.

I liked the location, friendly and helpful staff and the fact that there was a spa and transportation to the slopes. Also the rooms were clean. The bar downstairs was nice and welcoming. Breakfast offered a great variety of fruits, omelettes, breads, pastries, etc.

The rooms vere quite small for travelling with two suitcases, there was no ventilation apart from opening the windows and the radiators were not on, so everything was moist and the air in the room was not fresh during the nights. Very few plugs to charge phones or other equipment.
