Location very close to Monastitiki - easy from port or airport. Decent size modern room and bathroom. Roof terrace

The position was great. Nearby Monastiraki Square and Station, you could walk to syntagma Square, to the Akropolis and to the most important places.
The staff was very nice and helpful, especially the guy who welcomed us on arrival.
The bathroom was a bit small. You need to be careful when having a shower because the water can come out and go in all the bathroom. There was only one small hang for the towels. But these aren't a big problem, as you spend the most of the time out to wander around the city.

Good location clean give the job
Shower fot bathroom all wet with but this is pretty common across Europe.
Also I was on a high floor so I didn't hear the noise from the street but the cleaning staff in the hallway was loud in the morning.
Also the sauna was closed which I was disappointed to hear

The location was great. Room was clean.
Staff were rude and unwelcoming. They didn’t say hello, didn’t explain anything about the facilities, and were not accommodating toward requests. Terrible customer service for a hotel.
