Excellent location looking over the beach with really great service. The room was super comfortable and everything worked well. The welcome pack was extensive and they provided a bottle of good wine which was nice.

Exceptional location, right on the sea, close to several local amenities and with ample parking.
Staff very friendly and responded immediately to a minor issue that emerged, with effectiveness and creativity.
Rooms were thoroughly cleaned daily.
The property has *very* limited facilities, essentially only a few beach loungers and umbrellas, but no communal areas.
Also no breakfast is available, other than a basket of goods provided at check-in.
Room design was very plain and basic.
For the price and given the glowing reviews, one would simply expect more - in August, these were equivalent to high end resort rates, but essentially these are rooms to let with very good staff.

Our room was overlooking the beach with cute balcony perfect for aperitifs with magnificent seaviews and the room was modern with a fresh coastal feel
- beautifully decorated.
Also loved the ceiling fan and newly renovated bathroom.

The location was perfect, with the beach and sea just beyond our door. The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Though we only stayed one night, we would definitely book again for longer the next time we're in Sifnos.
