When hot water is turned on, there will be water flowing from the kitchen heater.

wasn’t that bad apart from dirty oven so didn’t feel comfortable using it,
it was a good size, the showers wer powerful and easy to use.
it was quite dirty, skirting boards and oven wer thick in dirt, couldn’t use the oven it was bad and the trays wer loppy. apart from that it was reasonably up to date.

easy commute to work
I was told there had been smokers in the property before my stay but the property generally felt dirty, with smoke smell on most things. it seemed like more than just one group of smokers who had been in there.
