About this apartment rental
Luxury apartment located in a peaceful private resort only 7km from Ciutadela Town. Very nice sea views and to a beautiful lighthouse. Big communal swimming pool and gardens, parking. Only 10 minutes walk to the supermarkets and Marina with all services (restaurants, bars, pubs, chemistry, diving schools, boat rentals etc). Only 10 minutes walk to the famous calas (beaches) Son Xoriguer and Cala n Bosch. Lovely apartment with air conditioning, central heating and fully and totally refurbished in 2019. Ideal for couples with or without children. No pets or mascots allowed. Nice walks around the area for "romantic sunsets" (the best ones you will never see from Menorca with Majorca Island at the background...you have to see it!). The best apartment in the area for the most relaxing holidays. The complete resort has been also totally refurbished between 2010 and 2014 with big investment from all the neighbours to be sure all is perfect. Garden area is a beauty, also new swimming pool and parking area!!

Very well stocked clean apartment on a beautiful complex . great communication . Definitely missed a sunbed to enjoy the beautiful pool area on hot days

Wow. The location was amazing and close to food, shopping and beaches. The view from Richard's unit far exceeded my expectations. The shades of blue from the pool to the sea to the sky were spectacular. We especially enjoyed sitting on the outdoor patio watching the birds and listening to their various calls. The pool offered crystal clear water with both sunny and shady spots for relaxing. Richard was friendly, helpful and responsive. I can't say enough good things about this stay and the great time we had there celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. Highly recommend without reservation!

La urbanizacion donde está ubicado es muy agradable.
El apartamento es muy mono. ,pero tiene varios desperfectos q deben arreglar: sumidero del lavabo, tirador de la cisterna del baño.Las toallas deberían de ser de mejor calidad o mas nuevas.
