Ich hatte einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin hat sich sehr gut um mein Wohlergehen gekümmert - man spürt sofort, wie menschenorientiert und herzlich sie ist. Mir hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß, sauber und verfügt über einen herrlich großen Balkon, auf dem man entspannt den Tag beginnen oder ausklingen lassen kann. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass man sich problemlos selbst versorgen kann. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und ich konnte sehr gut schlafen. Ein besonderes Highlight war das Frühstück - frisch, liebevoll zubereitet und ausgesprochen lecker. Auch die Lage ist ideal: Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und die Bahn-Haltestelle liegt direkt in der Nähe. Von dort gibt es eine unkomplizierte, direkte Anbindung nach Colombo sowie in den Süden, was Ausflüge sehr einfach macht. Insgesamt ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich habe mich selten so willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt und kann diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen.

Sudarshi was an amazing host! Very hospitable and able to take our booking last minute. Beautiful location, big bedroom with air conditioning, very good for what is priced! In the morning she made us breakfast and even made us egg hoppers from her recommendation! Was a lovely stay and would recommend to all!

Cooking equipment could have been a little more but was honestly okay

Host was great and very helpful. The place is safe and secure for solo woman travelers as well. The accommodation was neat and clean. Locality is peaceful and green and clean.

The host can do the following to make it a much better stay for guests: 1. Pest control for ants 2. Ready utensils and filter/ RO water facility at the kitchen. Basic minimal items should be kept ready- dustbin, soap. 3. Payment should be made available for cards, not just cash. It should be clearly mentioned in the booking.com for ease of travellers and guests with handling money during international travel. 4. Entry to the rooms should be smooth, as in guests should not be bothered by late entry closed doors.
