The room was good as new, spacious and super clean. Great amenities. A very large bed, comfortable and clean. The bathroom a bit on the small size, but more than enough and plenty of hot water. The host was so kind and so helpful. Recommend.
Having to climb two sets of stairs and poor tv reception.

Beautiful modern house with multiple apartments/rooms. I stayed in a room with a gorgeous view on mount Pico. The house and room were very clean and kept everyday. There were multiple places around the house to sit and relax outside. The owner was very kind and helpful. Great bed, slept very well. There is a small parking place across the street as well as natural pool and two supermarkets close by that can be reached by foot. Definitely recommend, had a very comfortable stay!

- Brand new building and rooms. We thing is new.
- Pretty comfortable beds.
- Very clean because of how new everything is.
- Guest parking available just on the other side of the road.
- Air conditioning in the rooms (good for the humidity).
- The woman who runs the accommodation was kind and very responsive.
- No mini-fridge in the room. There also isn’t a fridge for common/shared use.
- No breakfast (or food or coffee) provided.
- No shower soap or shampoo provided.
- You’re forced to eat out for every meal, and there are very few places close to the accommodation. The only options nearby are a couple of very basic cafes for coffee.
- No cleaning service. This didn’t really bother us, but you should be aware that your room won’t get cleaned, the trash won’t be taken out, and sheets won’t be changed for clean ones. The towels got changed once.
- We asked about doing our laundry - we would have done it ourselves - and they wanted to charge €20. (Luckily we were able to do it at our previous accommodation for free.)
