High standard house in gated community facing the sea, with soccer, volleyball and tennis courts. Gym, playground and 24 hour security. It has 4 suites (all with air conditioning, hot and cold), 6 bathrooms, swimming pool with waterfall, whirlpool and chromotherapy. Barbecue, pizza oven, fireplace, hot tub, game room with billiards and table tennis. Ample yard, garden and 6 parking spaces. Allowed up to 15 people.

O imóvel é exatamente como aparece nas fotos. Tudo novo, prático e muito confortável!! A proprietária é muito atenciosa e estav sempre disposta a tirar todas as dúvidas que tivemos durante nossa estadia. O condomínio é seguro e as crianças adoraram. Voltaremos com certeza em uma próxima oportunidade.
