In the characteristic village of the western coast, Terzorio, overlooking the sea, in the historic center, holiday home, composed of a kitchen equipped with everything you need, a sofa bed and a 32-inch flat-screen TV with USB input, a bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed, TV and ceiling fan, cot and cradle if needed, the two rooms have no door that separates, but still separated by a wall.
Typical Ligurian house restored respecting the tradition that will seduce you with its interior decoration, the traditional vaulted ceiling, the exposed stone, the walnut furniture, the wrought iron chandeliers and the terracotta amphorae, offer a particular and welcoming environment , intimate and comfortable, ideal for romantic stays, not recommended for young children; quiet outdoor area with garden furniture, free public parking nearby; sandy beaches can be reached in just 5 minutes by car, free and private; restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, also during the summer evenings entertainment on the various squares with live mosaic, theater performances and games for children. Very interesting is also the hinterland, small ancient villages scattered in the open countryside, among olive groves, vineyards and cultivated fields, several restaurants to discover the gastronomic particularities that the area offers. 10 km from the city of Sanremo with its worldliness, 30 km from the magnificent Côte d'Azur, 40 km from Montecarlo.

Kurz gesagt, alles was mit dieser Wohnung und Ihrer Vermieterin, Frau Lombardi, zu tun hat, bewerten wir uneingeschränkt positiv. Was allerdings die Blumenriviera angeht, werde ich da nie mehr wieder hinfahren. Ich bereise nun seit über 40 Jahren fast ganz Italien, war vom Gardasee bis Sizilien in fast allen Landesteilen. Eine Region mit derart unfreundlichen und ungastlichen Menschen (Ausnahme: die Vermieterin) ist mir bisher nicht unter gekommen. Besonders in der Gastronomie hatte ich beinahe ausnahmslos den Eindruck geduldeter Bittsteller denn willkommener Gast zu sein.

La casa è fantastica! Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno di sogno e Felicita è molto gentile. Siamo andati in differente citte: Imperia, San Remo, Monaco sensa tralasciare il bello villagio di Terzorio. Grazie ai vicini negozi (a Stefano al Mare e Arma di Taggia) e alla cucina ben attrezzata, siamo stati in grado di cucinare ogni giorno cibo italiano: Un vero piacere! Ritorniamo certo!
Das Haus ist großartig! Wir hatten einen Traumaufenthalt und Felicita ist sehr freundlich. Wir waren in verschiedenen Städten: Imperia, San Remo, Monaco, ohne das schöne Dorf Terzorio zu vergessen. Dank der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (in San Stefano al Mare und Arma di Taggia) sowie Dank der gut eingerichteten Küche, konnten wir jeden Tag italienisch kochen: Ein wahrer Genuss! Wir kommen sicher wieder!
La maison est géniale! Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve et Felicita est très gentille. Nous étions dans différentes villes: Imperia, San Remo, Monaco, sans oublier le beau village de Terzorio. Grâce à la proximité des commerces (San Stefano et Arma di Taggia) et à la cuisine bien équipée, nous avons pu cuisiner des plats italiens tous les jours: Un vrai plaisir! Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr!
The house is great! We had a dream stay and Felicita is very friendly. We were in different cities: Imperia, San Remo, Monaco, without forgetting the beautiful village of Terzorio. Thanks to the nearby shops (in San Stefano and Arma di Taggia) and the well-equipped kitchen, we were able to cook Italian food every day: A real pleasure! We'll be back for sure!

Eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung mitten im Dorf auf dem Berg. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles was man braucht, ist in der Nähe. Die Vermieterin, Frau Lombardi war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Gerne wieder.
