New! A stunning central holiday flat private swimming pool, terrace and WIFI

Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, fussläufig ca 10 Minuten ins cento Soller. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich. Pool wurde nicht benutzt, da es zu kalt war um diese Zeit. Auto parken war auch kein problem, da es eine Tiefgarage gibt die wir nutzen konnten. Wir waren zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

All the amenities that you could need and air conditioning was great and really needed. Pool nice size might not be suitable for smaller children was great for cooling down with plenty of sun throughout the day. Upstairs guests a bit noisy and they overlook the pool. Walk to main square 10 minutes and quite straight forward harder to drive out of town as there are so many narrow one way streets which is confusing to start off with. If you hire a car get a small one parking garage underground is tight and cannot park on street without paying. TV is mainly German and Spanish with only Sky News in English. Plenty of restaurants but all have similar limited menus in Sóller more choice in Port De Sóller. Overall a lovely place to stay and convenient for Sóller and Port De Sóller driving or on the tram bit pricey at €7 per person each way.

Apartment was fine. Terrace & Pool lovely but no frills inside. I’d suggest bringing your own towels, given one towel for a week which was not enough given the towels don’t dry in the dark musty apartment. Communication with the host was poor. We did not have check in details until we were stood outside the apartment, when I had to ring him to ask for the details. We had a problem with the cleanliness of the pool & when mentioned to the host he did not respond. A lot is expected of you upon check out too. A few small additions which go a long way would have been nice - some sort of welcome booklet for the apartment & Soller. Had to ask for wifi info. Basic kitchen essentials left for guests are usually common place but not here ie cooking oil, salt, pepper etc Location is great & Soller/ surrounding area is gorgeous so if you’re out and about a lot this apartment would work.
