I did not expect the requirement to post a $40 cash deposit and had to use the lobby ATM with a fee. while staff and check in were OK, the deposit information should have been communicated in advance

Location is great.
Close to ocean. Shopping, all kinds of food.
And close to my HB office

The bed was soft and comfortable. The ocean breeze was great. Walking distance to the beach. I slept very well.
The property was very run down. Flooring was coming up in the bathroom. The water didn't get hot enough in the shower. The Booking.com listing said it had a sea view but there was no view. The TV only had a few basic channels. There was some traffic noise but we had the window open.
