Apartman Ivan

Csodálatos volt a kilátás. Könnyen megközelíthető a szállás. Gyalog is le lehet menni a partra. A szállásadó kedves, készséges.

The view from the terrace was amazing, and the host was very nice. The apartment was more or less clean (bathroom needed further cleaning..) parking is possible, the rooms were comfortable, we really loved the terrace and enjoyed the seaview every day.

The beach is a little far… around 10 minutes of walking which can be a lot backwards since the apartment is on a hill. However, there is a small space next to the house where we can reach the next street down, so we can save some walking, but it was full of grass.. I would highly recommend to improve this little space next to the house in order to increase comfort and easier getting down (also I believe it would not be such a huge amount of effort). The host was very nice, however the travel agency where we had to pick up the keys was very rude. There was a young man who was rather helpful but it was clear that another mid age lady was the boss there who acted very rude. She did not even speak English, only German.. kept us waiting for almost 20 minutes because she was busy trying to sell other accomodations to some German couple… then she was not helpful at all and talked to us on a very rude way… additionally, she asked 25€ in cash (5€ per person), which would not be a problem, but it was not mentioned anywhere before, and when we told them we do not have € in cash (only some coins), and of course it was not possible to pay it by card, the lady started to look around and laugh when said “so you are saying you do not have cash?!”…… as a note I would like to also mention that we paid in advance all costs, which was much more…. Then we asked them if it would be okay that we get the keys because the other part of the family was waiting for us in the car in 30 degrees after travelling more than 7 hours (including my dog and my 76 years old grandma…) so we would like them to be comfortable and then we can deal with finding a bank machine to take out cash and walk back to the agency.. the lady started to be angry and pushy that she does not give us the keys until we pay her that sh*tty 25€.. and started to push us to go walk several streets to find an atm… did not give us the keys until we paid her the 25€…. Very rude and frustrating… not customer friendly at all!

Location is good, close to the see in a quite area. Balcony view is very nice.

Pictures on advertisement did't say the true...I was on apartment IVAN 3, on ground floor, where you cannot stay on the apartment because of the smell coming from a toilet outside the door. Bathroom was with shower and we requested with bath (because the baby), anyway the shower was old and not working properly.
