On a hill old farm (so cool thick walls) with fantastic views over the Tuscan hills. Great part (150m2) of a Casa Colonica (farm). Luxury property with fantastic views of a medieval village. Swimming pool. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, fireplace. Very family friendly, 2 baby beds and 2 highchairs. Spacious living room with open kitchen, fireplace and large private terrace. Flat screen with satellite and DVD player. Swimming pool with various (lie) beds and a couch. Villages nearby as Panzano and Greve Montefioralle with good supermarkets, fine restaurants and terraces. Market on Saturdays and Sundays. Also you can visit Florence and Siena (both 30 km). Hiking trails directly from home. In the summer you can use the large vegetable garden. Owners are occasionally present in the house upstairs (not rented). There is a private path from the apartment to the pool.

We had a fabulous time at the property which is stunningly maintained and located in the picturesque Tuscan hills. It’s within a 45min drive of all major tourist towns including Siena, Florence and San Gimignano, and the local town of Greve in Chianti is equally lovely. We couldn’t fault the stay, thank you!

The house is picture perfect - and the views are absolutely stunning. As others have said, to get to it, you need to drive down a bit of bumpy dirt road (so having a SUV would be a wise choice), but once you get there l, the pure serenity and peacefulness of the Tuscan hills await you. It was so relaxing and quiet and really felt like you had it all to yourself. The house itself was great - 4 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms (especially for European standards) provided plenty of space to spread out. It could have been the time of year that we were there (September) but the mosquitos were absolutely awful so make sure to bring bug spray. Other thing to note is there is no hair dryer in the house. And as someone who does not ever travel with one, it left us running to the store to buy one!

We stayed here for 4 nights. Tessa provided quick responses to our questions. The villa has an unbelievable view of the Tuscan hills. The 4 bedrooms were very comfortable and it had a nice open living and kitchen area. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. On our last night, Tessa provided a chef who made a great dinner for us. The road to the villa is a very rough dirt road that is 3/4 of a mile. Plan extra time to get anywhere! When you arrive at the villa, there is a gate that needs to be opened, which we did not know about but figured it out. The coop in Greve is the place to get your groceries.

The house and the location/view is amazing. Rooms are big and spacious, kitchen is well equiped. The road to the house is dirt road and SUV is definitely to prefer. The pool is amazing, but unfortunately not in connection with the house/terasse.

We had a wonderful stay in the Lebon’s home. The house, the pool and the view are beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking meals and there are also plenty of restaurants in the neighboring towns. There are lots of vineyards for wine tasting all around, many small towns to visit and the house is close enough for day visits to bigger cities such as Florence and Sienna. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

This villa was perfect for our stay. It is beautiful, super comfortable (we had 9 adults) and private yet only 10 min drive to a grocery store and cute restaurants. And a great location for day trips to Siena and local wineries. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and we loved our in home dinner prepared by Simona. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Quiet, serene and peaceful view of the valley. This house is as beautiful outside as it is inside. Many sitting areas and even a fresh garden to choose vegetables for a meal. Simona cooked us an awesome candle lit dinner outside. The food was delicious and looked magazine perfect. I already want to go back!

My husband an I spent 5 nights at the villa. We rented bikes and used them as our sole means of transportation. It worked out perfectly, as there are many restaurants not that far, and several towns that are easy to reach. But the time spent at the house just looking out at the view was truly magical. Pool was great as it was still very hot in October and there were still some veggies in the garden. I would highly recommend staying here. This was actually our second year staying here.

We had a wonderful stay with our two teens at this lovely villa in early July. The photos and descriptions don’t come close to doing justice to the magnificent views. The gardens and landscaping are exceptional. Lavender and rosemary shrubs around the infinity pool - wow! We had a lovely meal cooked by Simona which was a real treat. Local restaurant recommendations were all very good. We especially liked cute quaint La Castellana in Montefioralle. Like another reviewer mentioned, the only opportunity for improvement is in the quality of the bed and bath linens. When everything else is a 10/10, the tired linens didn’t quite fit. A wonderful place for a very special holiday.

We stayed for 2 weeks at Panzanillino. The views are outstanding. Communication with Tessa was excellent. Simone did a great job cleaning and cooking for us. We appreciated all the info available with local restaurants etc. As others mentioned the road in is very rough so because of that we did get an SUV. Our only negatives was the bugs which I realize they have a rough time controlling. I feel the bedding and towels could stand a refresh. Many were pretty tattered but they did provide plenty. Overall a great trip and awesome Villa.

Everything about Villa Panzanellino was amazing, the best two-week vacation ever. The villa was immaculate, inside and out. Gardeners came every day to maintain the grounds and vegetable garden (yummy tomatoes and lettuce!), the pool was cleaned weekly and the house was cleaned/linens changed mid-stay. We were greeted by a bottle of Chianti and a very helpful ring binder with info (with photos) on all the house's appliances and systems as well as restaurant. recommendations around the area (we tried most of them and were never disappointed). We also hired a local chef to cook two multi-course meals for us; the food was delicious and each evening was a delight. Best of all was the view from the terrace, which overlooked multiple vineyards and the walled village of Montefioralle. Yes, the drive to the house is a bit bumpy but well worth it to get to our Italian idyll.!

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need to cook your own meals. The private chef, Simone, was amazing. I highly recommend a dinner with her. We loved Greve. Villa Panzanellino is a beautiful and spacious property. Situated on a hillside of olive groves overlooking a medieval village, the villa was perfect for our monthlong stay in Tuscany. We enjoyed eating meals on the covered terrace with our guests and the pool was refreshing after days of touring. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was amply supplied with dishes, glassware, and cookware. The parking area was easily adequate for three cars. All the appliances worked well and we never ran out of hot water with nine people in residence. The owners were easy to contact and responsive.

The property and location are beautiful. The house is hard to get to due to the narrow, unpaved, bumpy road. It was a beautiful, breathtaking location with plenty of space and comfort. It did lack some necessary items, such as coffee, paper towels, spices, and towels for the swimming pool.

After considering several other properties, we chose this one based on the accommodations fitting seven adults so nicely, the pictures that looked beautiful, and the reasonable price. When we arrived, we were all just astonished at how truly beautiful it was. The well-appointed villa is kept in immaculate condition. There are beautiful gardens that are taken care of meticulously by two locals that come daily. The pool is perfect. The only negative was the number and condition of the pool lounge chairs were less than ideal. The home is in a perfect location; convenient to many wineries and other towns, with great restaurants and shopping. We found it hard to indulge in all of these because we hated to leave the property it was just that nice. We did take one day to just relax at the property and enjoy the pool and have Simona, recommended by Tessa, prepare dinner for us; it was delicious. Thank you Tessa, for sharing your home with us. It was the true highlight of our time in Italy.

We couldn’t believe it when we arrived at this place, stunning views and so peaceful, Villa well appointed very clean. and met all our needs. After a stressful journey we quickly unwinded and enjoyed our stay. We spent all our time outdoors in the evenings enjoying the wonderful sunsets. Panzano and Greve were ideal for shopping. Only downside is the bumpy and rough road that lead to villa but that didn’t deter from our great holiday. Thank you Tessa for our bit of heaven.

We stayed as a group of 6 and 1 baby and it was fantastic. They provided a travel cot for us, a high chair was also available, so it was good for kids. The only down side from a child perspective was no bath, so lots of bath time in the sink! We hired Simona the chef one evening who was great! The views were great and the pictures don’t do it justice, the only downside as others have mentioned is the road- it is really rough! We had a Toyota Yaris and a Golf between us that managed it, but we had to go very slow! The rural location is stunning but you do need a car, we walked to Greve a couple of times and it was a good 35-40 mins walk and very steep! Beautiful views all the way but probably not doable at night!

We stayed here as a group of five to celebrate my fortieth birthday all the way from Australia. Much stress went into choosing the perfect villa for the group for the week together in Tuscany/Chianti. Driving through the Tuscan hills to the villa from Pisa on the day of arrival I think we all had tears in our eyes, on arrival I knew it was going to be perfect and exactly the stay/trip we had been planning for ten years. The house is very comfortable, pool is beautiful, views amazing. We would recommend an SUV to access via the gravel road for comfort and ease, we had an Audi wagon and Alfa Giulietta both of which bumped and scraped a little. Tessa is amazing to deal with for arrangements and helped me arrange the most amazing experience for my friends to help celebrate by arranging a local chef Simone and her husband to cook the most amazing meal ever.. We will be back if fortunate enough to have another week in Tuscany :) My only request would be more pillows for the beds if I was to pick anything at all.

A lovely villa in a peaceful location with spectacular views. The villa's thick stone walls kept the property cool even on the hottest days. The pool was clean & a very good size. The owners who live above the villa made us feel very welcome but were very discrete. The 'highlight' were the thousands of fire flies who put on a magical light show every night. Would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Our family of five had a wonderful time here! The villa is beautiful well equipped and very comfortable, and the views of the Tuscan countryside are amazing! The property is very well maintained - flowers and fruit trees are everywhere. Great indoor and outdoor spaces for dining and relaxing. The only thing I would have changed is to rent a 4-wheel drive vehicle to navigate the unpaved road leading to the property. Our poor MB sedan took a bit of punishment during our stay! We would highly recommend both this villa and its owners, who were very gracious and wonderful to work with.
