The place has a good location, sleeps 12 but has a few issues that can all be fixed. Too much $$$

AC unit didn't work in upstairs, plumbing backed up, No patio furniture.

Nice property in a great location. Excellent views of the mountain.

Property could have been cleaner, could see where the counters and table had been wiped down with a dirty cloth. Windows need cleaned. Needs some maintenance, interior paint, trim repair, garage door.
