Die Lage des AppartmentStudios war für unsere Zwecke optimal. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum nächstgelegenen Strand (Kies, gepflasterte Platte, Piniengürtel) und mit dem Fahrrad in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu weiteren Stränden (Kies, Piniengürtel, Olivenhain). Fußläufig war die Altstadt von Novigrad in etwa 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad sogar in ca. 10 Minuten. Die Terrasse lag den ganze Tag imSchatten und man hatte genug Platz, um mit 2 Personen dort sitzen und auch Essen zu können. Das Vermieterehepaar war sehr auskunftsfreudig.

Eine Lüftung hätte im Bad sein können, dann hätte sich das Appartment nicht so sehr nach dem Duschen aufgewärmt.

The studio-type apartment is located on the elevated ground floor of a private villa, featuring a separate entrance that ensures complete privacy. The studio comprises a bedroom with a large double bed and a very spacious wardrobe. The bed is fitted with a comfortable mattress and high-quality linen. The bedroom has a window equipped with a shutter. In the living area, there is a kitchenette with an electric hob, sink, and storage space. There is also a kitchen cupboard containing everything needed for two people, a fridge, and a table with two chairs. The living room has two windows, which do not have shutters but are fitted with two retractable curtains. The bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower curtain, a sink, specific bathroom furniture, a toilet, and a boiler for hot water. The studio is tastefully furnished, with pastel and earthy tones blending harmoniously. Everything is very clean and smells pleasant. The covered terrace, furnished with a table, chairs, and a sofa, is the ideal space for breakfast or a chat. The terrace is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation: olive trees, climbing plants, and flowers. Car parking is available at the entrance to the property’s courtyard and includes a carport. The studio is within walking distance of the beach. Conclusion: The studio is an excellent accommodation option in Novigrad. The interior space may be considered slightly small by some, but the layout is well-optimised and everything needed for a pleasant stay is provided. Communication with the owners, Katija and Renzo, was flawless. The north-western region of Istria offers tourists a truly remarkable standard in gastronomy, culture, and sports. Highly recommended.
