A localização é um trunfo, pertinho de diversos pontos turísticos, comodidades, lojas, restaurante, bares, estações, enfim, você está no meio do burburinho. O apartamento e arejado e bem organizado, e as fotos estão de acordo com o local em si. Os anfitriões foram super solícitos e flexíveis e me ajudaram bastante durante toda a estadia.
Tivemos alguns contratempo em relação ao pagamento, pois como eles cobram uma antecipação de pagamento via paypal, essa falhou, porém consegui pagar de forma integral ao chegar na hospedagem, não tendo ela cancelada.

Execelente la ubicación y el dpto tenía todas lo necesario para estar cómodo, cocinar y descansar.
El internet anduvo medio inestable por momentos, tenía que hacer un zoom y no fue posible. Pero fuera de eso excelente todo.

Small apartment with short distance to Subte and buses. It is located on busy street, but it is in the back of the building, so you do not hear the traffic. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They helped us with early checkin and late check out.
Older furnishings, need little renovation. Sometimes you can hear the neighbors and dog barking from the lower apartment.

Location is very good.
It's a very basic unit, but good enough for a few days
There was no toaster or frying pan. So cooking would've been very limited with one pot. Once we saw the cockroaches in the kitchen, we decided not to use it.
There's no plug for the bath, so having a bath is out of the question.
The water in the shower was luke warm at best.
The neighbours like to party until 3 or 4 in the morning. Good luck sleeping when they are partying!
