Relatively good value for money, however basic things are missing

A lot of nice beaches around, the horse farm nearby and the sea is close, in general the location is the best thing about the place

No wifi in the rooms (???) - this is the biggest disadvantage and an absolute no-go in 2025, hotel hasn’t been renovated in years, furniture is partially torn and old, food not diverse enough, alcohol of very low quality

Not worth the money

All inclusive alcohol drink was very poor. Watery whiskey, bad coctails (really unprofessional), poor choice, it did not worth the price. Breakfast was everDay almost the same. It feels like they only think about english people and their breakfast. Lunch, dinner was not bad but they always made something else from ghe leftovers. For example Lunch time leftover mash potato they make somekind of mash potato salad for dinner, it was horrible and almost nobody touched it. It was very obvious.. please dont do that... Juices was waaay tooo sweet. Poor quality icecream. Really poor coffee.. Plates was never enough. Waiters are checking the tables and as soon as you put your fork down they coming to ask you if they can take your plate because its not enough. Poor dessert selection. TZATZIKI was very good. Also they have a big open fire place but they never used. I nevert felt that they trying the make skmekind of greek ambiant. Some grilled meat on open fire. They made pizza there but they baked in the kitchen. Dissappointed... The whole.hotel smells bad beacuse of the water. I dont want to be rude but it smelled like poo sometimes.. So overall i think this hotel is more like 3*. My expectations are not high but there a lot to improve. Overall i enjoyed my stay but i would never go back. I hope you take my word as something you can improve from. I did not wanted to be rude or mean to you but please improve your service because people are stay in your hotel for resting and to make memories...

Superb value for money. Lovely location.

The receptionists, Joanna and Marrianna were exceptionally warm and friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Demetri in the dining hall was also very accommodating and kind. The waiters were lovely. Niko the barman , Theodore the chef and the sous chef were all really efficient and courteous. Erkal the maintenance man and Mima our cleaner all went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

No wifi in room. Only 1 English Channel on TV but we just read books.

Superb

The food was excellent, good variety and very tasty. Rooms were clean and well maintained. They had good entertainment every night, and it was close to the beach. Spectacular sunsets visible from the hotel terrace, nice pool. Overall a very good value for the money.

We had a lovely stay right there! The room Was clean, quite big and comfortable. Food was decent for a three days, for a lond stay I thing too boring. Not so many fruits - only kiwi, bannanas, oranges, apples, pinnaples and grapefruit. I didn't see watermelons or melons. Location Was great. Lots of green around, nice swimming pool for kids and adults. We were there with our 2yo son and he likes this place. We would back there again.

Nice, but seen better

Staff was very nice and helpful. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the sea (the sunbeds near the sea are 7-10 euro). The food is ok, but don't expect diversity. Unencrypted Wi-Fi is free and available also in the rooms and restaurant. Rooms are nice. The soap in bathroom is in the bottles, which is very nice in comparison to the small bags.

“The food” in Snack bar is toasts with ham and cheese, as soon as the drinks run out – the bar near pool closes. No soundproofing, music nights are too loud, and you also hear all the conversations in the corridors. Billiards and table tennis need new equipment. The shower closed by the curtain from one side and, if you won’t get lucky, it won’t even be reaching the ground, so the water will be all over your bathroom.

strong sewage smell across the hotel. the food options were limited. no evening entertainment. rooms were old and toilet seat was broken. No network in our room and the wifi only works in the reception area.

Overall good, but definitely room for improvement

The room was a good size and the receptionist Marianna and Joanna were fantastic, very helpful and arranged a couple of our day trips and provided brill info for our stay. There is a few pools to chose from and water slides set up for guests, this was our preferred lounging spot as it wasn't as bad with the wasps.

The tv in the room didn't work. The buffets were very lacking in choice, especially breakfast. Which is a shame as we chose this hotel based on the pictures and description of the buffets. The place was overwhelmed with wasps which at breakfast and lunch were in the food on the buffets and at the juice machine. The drinks options outside of the buffet times were very lacking and the drinks machines were plagued with wasps, we even had 2 come out of the machine into our drinks as we poured them.

Despite the lack of sea view, we had a nice view on the mountains. The hotel is located in a beautiful place. In case you are not picky about beverages you get access to free beer and wine taps.

The facilities require urgent attention. We changed two rooms and the toilet was broken in both. The small TV set has a few channels in German and BBC news in English. In the kitchen, they use neither gloves nor hats. From the open door, you often can see how they try the food. The sea is within 5 min walk distance but the hotel is on the hill so it quickly becomes annoying to climb there.

Superb

Very good service, overall. Special thank you to Yohanna who has been excellent and far more helpful than anyone I have ever met in any hotel around the world. Top class she is. Everybody else has been very good too, but she is a class above.

Food was pretty much the same every meal, every day. But more than acceptable given that everything else was good. Sewage smell was bothersome on a few occasions.

Very clean, friendly staff, good air conditioning, and they provide a taxi service for $65 USA dollars back to the airport.

The food wasn’t good, and the alcohol was quite watery, it is also a 45 minute taxi ride from the airport and good distance to all experiences.

Genuinely friendly, kind and openhearted people in a terrible hotel.

The hotel is lucky to have Mariana (I hope I wrote her name correctly). She is a delight! Always helpful, ready to brighten your day with a kind and honest smile. The waiters were also friendly and easygoing with children. Generally the Greek people tend to be welcoming, friendly and kind. :) The upside of the room was the working air-conditioning and there's extra space on the balcony to hang your wet clothes onto. The balcony is also spacious, the sun warmes the tiles so it was nice to play with our baby on the floor. The pools are the perfect size, although we had to get all the trash (plastic cups, straws) and insects out of them before we let our child inside. You have to check out at 11 am but you are allowed to leave your bags at the reception and use the amenties of the hotel, have lunch till your taxi comes to get you, even if the pick up happens in the evening. After you read the whole review the hotel is recommended for people who travel alone or for a couple. If you are happy to explore the island and would not want to spend your whole time relaxing in a hotel. If you are eating out rather than in the hotel.

- We asked for a cot for our 1-year-old baby and they gave an extra single bed, from which the child can fall off easily... - We asked them if it was worth booking all inclusive if we do not eat meat and dairy, they said there would be a huge variaty of food available at each meal, so no problem. We never expected to eat the same food every day. This is a mediterranian island and the only fruit served were apples and pears, some sad looking oranges. They were "fresh"... all the cut up fruit seemed to come from canned food. Only vegetables: tomatoes and cucumbers, onions... All the rest was dunked in sour cream or cheese. For hot meals there were green beans from the can and cauliflower steamed every day!!! There was once some brokkoli steamed one day out of 10. The buffet between the meals consisted of chocolate sponge cake and ham and cheese sandwiches again every day! If you are vegan you are starved ... Also you go to meals and you are guessing what you eat as there are no little info cards to tell you what is the food you are looking at... Should you have allergies or intolerances, you have to ask the staff, I only tried once or twice, there was this food name tagged as "vegetable balls" the staff told me when I asked what was inside:"vegetables" yes well very helpful... One day I was happy to see a "simple" pasta dish with tomato sauce on it, again it was a guess... I asked if there was any meat in the dish, the chef told me, it was vegetarian, it turned out to be made with animal fat and we found small pieces of meat that was served the previous mealtime... - The bed is squeeky as hell, you move one bit and you wake the neighborhood. No kidding. Soundproof rooms were promised but we listened to the neighbour's conversations and snoring every night!!! Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays party with loud music till midnight... Try to sleep ... Try to make the baby sleep... - There were no working lamps in the room...

Everything have met the expectations we had. There were twi things that stood up and made me put 10 for the rating. - There was a show programme after dinner. It included latino lesson alike and then open dancing to close off the night. - This hotel is part of a group so you can go and have a meal in a different place which for us was a huge money saver and also great experience. Also there are a lot of young couples with small children. For us as a couple was not a problem, for someone with kids will be another huge benefit.

There is no free umbrella spot reserved from the hotel on the closest beach. But its okay as it is, it's not a beachfront resort after all.

the maggots all over the pool bar floor, no tea or coffee facilities in the room, shower broken, no sea view, swimming pools freezing cold, cleaners left dirty towels in my wardrobe, one night of entertainment, snacks are just a tray of dry sandwiches that are left out for hours!!!

Great Value and great hospitality!

First of all the hotel price was pretty good! Staff very helpful and smiling! For all inclusive hotel food was great! Nice pool with adults games around. Snacks from pool bar all day. Entertainment at nights. We travel to Paliokastritsa to rent a boat and it was another hotel on the same group which they offer us lunch as we was to out hotel and that was great! Manager of the hotel was greeting us every day at the breakfast and dinner.

Hotel didn't had WIFI which is very bad for a 4 star hotel. Our bed was very noise!

Good but nothing extra

Hotel is very comfortable. All inclusive was good, the meals were fine and delicious. Agios Georgios Beach is beautiful and just a 6-8 minutes walk from the accommodation. The staff was very kind, and helpful, they done everything for us. Rooms are soundproofed. Nice view from balcony.

Rooms were not so clean, the facility in the room is OK, but not outstanding. There are no prospects / information / guides / documentations of the hotel, services and the surroundings. Some demand / request wasn't handled till our arrive. For Example: baby crib, the exact rooms that we booked, etc. But the Staff was helpful. and solve everything till the next morning.

Good value for money

The bedroom and bed were massive!! And so comfortable! Very private because each room has it's own entrance.

The bathroom was only okay. Quite small considering the size of the bedroom. The shower head was damaged and the curtain rail came off when I went to draw the curtain. Easy to fix but annoying none the less. Food was all a bit oily, but for all inclusive it was alright. There was a god awful smell around some of the outdoor areas, like drainage or dead roses or something. Access also isn't the most straightforward, but I was tired arriving so that made me cranky. Also what's with not providing water in the rooms?
