Family oriented, nice staff, clean rooms, air conditioning works great, convenient location!
Only complaint is the playset there has not been maintained the best(obviously it’s sitting in the sun and rope gets dry and brittle) the baby swing snapped while my son was in it, thankfully my son is okay but that was scary!

Excellent location
The room/rooms definitely need up grades. The beds are old and the sides of the bed were stained. The bedspreads were also old, was not very inviting. There was not enough room for four people to even sit. The fabric chair in the room was old and stained! The rooms looked very nice on line but they did not look like that in person. Being right there at the beach was great! We expected the room to be much better for the price we paid.
