Private Villa & Private Pool Near Beach 100m

Ms. Hong and her team were excellent hosts, she was completely available as needed via Whatsapp, the cleaning team came each day at a preset time, changed sheets/towels and picked up laundry for a very nominal charge we settled at the end of the trip. The house is: - located very close to the beach and restaurants, super easy walk to everything. - is modern and new (US plugs work directly BTW). Wall window sliders open up to create an airy feel to the pool which was maintained professionally and exceptionally clean. Blackout drapes provided privacy but the quiet street had really low traffic anyway. There is a drop down security "wall" that opens up the area by the pool for a great breeze (note its super safe and relaxed in this quieter area of An Bang Beach but nice to know you can lock up at night or when out) - The tasteful kitchen has all new appliances including a water purifier built into the sink. All appliances and kitchen tools needed are present and basic goods ie coffee are provided. - Great AC all rooms - WiFi was strong/consistent, with separate upstairs and downstairs routers. The main TV is a large & new smart Sony which we used via a VPN for all streaming services - the pool table is level and in good shape as are the cues. All rooms are ensuite and could comfortably house multiple couples or a big family. We would 100% come back, don't miss this property, it's awesome! I got to stay at Hong's home in Hoi An the weekend of Feb 8th-11th. The Home : Kitchen - was fully stocked with essentials for cooking. Frige,Stove top, microwave, even a toaster. The Bedrooms : As shown in the pictures, very modern and cozy feel to them. they come with a balcony that oversees the pool area. You also get a nice view of the lake side. They also come supplied with toothbrushes & combs as well as cotton swabs. thought that was a nice touch. Pool/Lounge Area - Pool seems to be set to a nice temperature as even at night the water was not too cold. really nice area to enjoy with kids to just relax around. Bikes are included to ride around the area. *The Location:* Seems the home was built recently, and did not seem to even have an address, making it a little hard to find. The home looks to be built in a up in coming location so there is only 3 or 4 homes on that block. Makes it nice for a peaceful location. However, i'd recommend purchasing some food & drinks during the day as there is not a lot of markets open in the evenings. *Host:* Hong was a very good host. was very helpful with guiding us to the home's location as we had a little but of a hard time finding it. Upon arrival she walked us through the home showing us all the home. As well as gave us her number and told us to call her if we needed any assistance. On the second day, we noticed one of the tires were low on air, Hong quickly came over with a tire pump for us to fuel the tire up with air. very sweet person and glad we got to meet her.
