The room is large with two comfortable Queen sized beds and a large screen TV. Parking garage is easily accessible and only a minimal $5 per night.

The bathroom is dated, particularly the tub/shower.

Love 😘 it.

Great hotel in an Awesome area with CVS nearby. Chinese bakery up the street and an Amazing grocery store walking distance as well. Nothing compares to how wonderful the staff are here. They are the best 💯. The rooms are spacious and clean. Some also have incredible views. They feature coffee makers and bathtubs with showers stocked with soaps and shampoo plus conditioner. There is the most Amazing breakfast included and it's the BEST part of waking up at the Lincoln Hotel. One of my faves is checking out the dollar stores on the way to CVS both on the right and the left. I have made some super special purchases here as well as a cosmetics store!!! I love this place and can't say enough good things about it. Ty Jesus and Amen 🙏 ❤️ ❤️!

Location was close to the hospital which was the reason for my trip. The room had clean beds and bathroom and the air conditioner worked.

The hallway to the room smelt off putting and very humid. The breakfast was simple but got old after 4 days and not quite sure what kind of eggs those were. Tried to charge me for parking but showed them the booking site so they waved parking.

The location was close to family

They advertised a pool outside facilities a bar and a restaurant. They did not have either of these available. They were all closed not in use. That is the reason I booked the hotel for the amenities. The tv changer in our room did not work had to go through 3 and still did not work right. They do not have wash cloths only hand towels and small towels

I did not like anything from the Lincoln hotel. It poorly maintained, lack of cleanliness in the carpet, headboard, table, night stand. The entire room needs a deep cleaning. The 4th floor I stayed, has a dingy and dirty smell. The carpet needs shampooed. The ice machine didn't have any ice, only water. Breakfast was: congee with 3 different toppings, fake scramble eggs, sausage, make your-own waffles, coffee, tea, creamer. Nothing else. The property is going downhill very fast. Bed was ridiculously stiff, your head and body will end up with soreness in the morning. Bath room door barely closes because is so close to the toilet. Caulking is falling apart from the baseboard. Smoking odor is permeated throughout the entire floor carpeting. Elevator door and floor need much renovation. This hotel is soooo run down!!!

The building needed some updating. Duck tape. Used to hold carpeting in the elevator. Other shops closed, no longer use the pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean

Very basic, but not too bad.

We stayed at this hotel because we were invited to an event being held there. We booked a large suite and the room was very big. The bed was comfortable. We paid for parking, and there was plenty of space, and the garage had security. The breakfast was basic, but not bad.

The hotel is older, and there is construction happening with the elevators which caused a strange smell. The furniture in our room was well worn out. We only had two bath towels in our room, which were very cheap.

Rooms were not clean. Looked like they changed only beds and towels. The rest of the areas were dusty and dirty. Found someone's old socks behind the refrigerator. Yuck! The stars are for the stuff and breakfast. Not too much of a choice but all I needed was coffee, cereal and fruits. The breakfast area was clean. The nice lady serving dining area couldn't speak English but was very nice.

Worst hotel experience I have had.!

Staff didn’t speak English and could not answer my question regarding a dairy allergy. There was a cat meowing all night. The non smoking room reeked of smoke. The pictures online did not match the hotel at all. They charged my room before I even checked in stating it was a pre authorization but fullly charged my account.

The pictures did not depict they hotel accurately. The staff was unable to understand because they did not speak English. The room smelled and there was a cat in the wall meowing all night. The walls had Bullet holes patched up. There were a lot of gravity engravings throughout the hotel. Charged $5 just to park, not valet.
