The registration desk person was friendly, proximity to beach perfect. Great 4th of July fireworks viewing from the front of the hotel.
I thought our view of the beach would be different, so had unrealistic expectations. The room was clean, just dated.

I liked the location, walkway to the beach, room is very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Private parking for 1 car.
Beds were not comfortable.
