Over all the place was decent.
We got a room and it was freezing so they put us in another room. They did upgrade us which was very nice. My biggest issue was the price on snacks. Totally ridiculous, 3$ for a dollar bag of chips is uncalled for I get trying to make money but come on… needless to say lost out on money cuz I didn’t end up buying any when I was gonna buy like 7 bags!

My requests such as extra pillows and towels and a room away from elevators and exits were all met. They alerted me to the fact that they had dropped off the extras and put thought into the location of my room so that my stay was quiet and peaceful. The staff was fast and friendly and they all seemed to enjoy their jobs.
The room was excellent and had many useful amenities. The facilities were spotless and the shower had great pressure and nice hot water.
Seating was comfortable and plentiful and the room's setup was perfect.
I truly enjoyed the visit.
The internet was great but the cable was quite dodgy. The stations would cut in and out frequently. The room did not have coffee for the coffee pot. There wasn't any soap in the shower. They do provide shampoo and conditioner though. The continental breakfast setup was not well put together with beverages being in odd containers and not much on offer outside of a single crock pot for warm options.

There was a boil water alert so no ice or coffee which was not the facility’s fault but inconvenient.
Comforter was too light—I had to fold in half to get warm.

Parking was convenient and there was definitely enough parking available.
The water smells funny to me. It was a bit run down but we were tired and had enough driving for the day.
