Located 90 minutes from Melbourne and nestled in the Nagambie Wine region 600 meters from Nagambie Lake and 800 meters from the main St and Shops. We have a two night minimum This 4 bedroom home has 3 very comfy queen sized beds plus a children's room with 2 single beds and a King single and spare mattress.2 bathrooms and toilets. The lounge dining and kitchen area is very roomy with and 8 seater dining table and well equipped kitchen. Outdoor bbq and setting overlooks a lovely garden. Well equipped laundry.We have a two night minimum.

Comfortable and walking distance to lake foreshore walk and township. Everything worked well. However, the property had an oversupply of unrequited items that gave the feeling of clutter (hoarding). items left in the freezer were they from previous tenants or the host's welcome offer?

Fabulous house for our family wedding at Mitchelton. Great location. The beds were so comfortable. Superb walk around lake from the end of the street. Very prompt communication from host. Highly recommended.

We chose to stay at Mary Anne’s property for a weekend family reunion in Nagambie. There were 4 adults and 2 infants staying and we had ample bedrooms and space. The house was spacious and extremely clean. The kitchen was fantastic and had everything we needed. There’s a supermarket a minutes drive away where you can pick up supplies. We were able to walk into town to the brewery on Friday night to meet up with all our family, and we were a short drive out to Mitchelton winery on Saturday for the main family function. We walked the 5 minute walk into town each morning to eat brekky at the local cafes. We all slept so well despite it being absolutely freezing all weekend, the beds were really comfortable with loads of blankets. The kids loved the “kids lounge” and the adults enjoyed sitting by the fire with a red wine to watch the footy. Highly recommend for families, we’ll definitely be back.
