Location (great riding area), comfortable rooms, beautiful grounds.
Although there was an incorrect inclusion from a third party booking, the property made it work for us. That was much appreciated. Everything doesn’t always go as planned but how the situation was handled made all the difference. Kudos!

Stayed in a king suite. Room seemed recently updated. Bed was comfortable and had a big couch and 2 arm chairs in the sitting area.
Room was way too hot. Seems like the in-room thermostat doesn't work and heating is centrally controlled. Had to open the windows to bring the temperature down to a comfortable level.
Was disappointed the outdoor hot tub was closed and there was no sauna in the pool area to warm up after skiing and snowboarding all day. Pool was cold so didn't use it.

That the hotel is right besides the ski hill which is very convenient. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable.
Lack of basic communication. We weren't told that there is no room cleaniny unless we'd request it. At check-in we weren't told about pool opening hours, ice rink hours, whether they had anywhere to put our skis overnight... Parking wasn't very clear. There was no breakfast buffet (or maybe they also didn't tell us about it), only à la carte which is tough for a group of 8. This hotel is remote enough that breakfast should be included or a simple option should be offered. It just felt like a city hotel where you just go in and out to sleep, while we were expecting more of a resort feel. With the amazing location right beside the ski hill, it could just be so much more, especially for families!

Location for family visit. Room size is ample. Bathroom is small. Room is average clean.
Remove serious mold in bathroom, floor /baseboard under sink. Tv is good. Frig works well as does microwave. Tub is a high step p for seniors with no grab bar. Shower works well.Towel are clean and soft. Continental breakfast is fine but no fruit. Coffee maker works well for coffee and tea. Staff is friendly.
