About this house rental
1930 City Lodge was born in an old typical Porto house, completely refurbished and equipped to receive guests. It has rooms carefully decorated in a modern, minimalist style, without neglecting the architectural features that are so characteristic. The space was distributed in an elegant way, to satisfy the specific needs of each of our guests. We privilege light as the main element of all the rooms, having excellent sun exposure and visibility for the street and interior garden.
We have suites with private bathroom and amenities for greater comfort and well-being; Guests can enjoy a hot drink while reading a book, watch TV or access the internet in the room for free.
With a capacity of 4 people, the loft, situated in the attic, allows its guests, in addition to the private bathroom, to enjoy a small fully equipped kitchen, the comfort of the air conditioning system and direct sunlight throughout division.
We also have a double room with a bunk bed, with a shared bathroom and a quadruple room with two bunk beds; Guests have access to the whole house and can enjoy bright and cozy common areas.
Located in the largest artery of the city of Porto, the street of Costa Cabral, 1930 City Lodge is a privileged point to access the main points of interest of the city. In an area with intense commercial activity and close to all services, it is only a few minutes away from shopping centers (Campus São João, Dolce Vita and Parque Nascente), supermarkets, leisure and sports areas (Quinta do Covelo, Estádio do Dragon, Dragon Box), S. Hospital João and Campus University (Faculties of Medicine, Engineering, Economy, Sport, School of Education, University Lusíada, University Portucalense, IPATIMUP, UPTEC).
With easy access to the main tourist attractions, it is a 10-minute drive or bus from downtown. We have public transport on the doorstep, direct to the city center (buses with lines that run 24 hours a day). The Combatentes metro station is a 15-minute walk away.
