Place was fine

The room was comfortable and clean. We chose the hotel for location, close to family and gatherings. The hotel was close to the freeway and made it easy to get around. It is located in busy but felt like a safe location.

We had a room that faced the freeway and the noise was noticeable. It wasn't bad enough to keep us up at night, but if you are a light sleeper, it could be a problem. I would ask for a room on the other side of the hotel.

Convenient to many stores, restaurants, and interstate access.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Old mattresses and coil springs were felt. Room service was not up to par. Housekeeping did not speak English and hard to communicate. They didn't know what I needed. They didn't vacuum the room. 3rd floor rooms were supposed to be pet free. Unfortunately, the room next to us had a dog. Dog smells were noticeable but little barking. Construction crew trucks should be parked on the side of the hotel, not at the front entrance parking spots where others need close parking due to physical barriers that did not have handicap parking tags. No dresser in the room to place your clothing since we were there for 4 days. So most of my clothing stayed in my suitcase. I'm very disappointed.
