The Biltmore Tbilisi Hotel

The Biltmore Tbilisi was the perfect way to end our trip. The hotel is elegant, luxurious, and in the perfect location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Our room was spacious and had spectacular views of the city. A special thank you goes to Tiko at the front desk. She upgraded us to a higher-floor room to celebrate our 30th anniversary, and it made our stay even more memorable. She was incredibly helpful with everything we needed and was one of the sweetest, kindest, and most genuine hotel staff members we’ve ever met. Her warmth and exceptional customer service truly stood out. We left feeling genuinely cared for and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The only negative experience we had was with the gentleman working at the currency exchange desk. We found him to be quite rude and unfriendly, which was disappointing and didn’t reflect the exceptional level of hospitality we experienced from everyone else at the hotel.

Your staff is extremely kind and helpful; since I use a walker, the help is much appreciated. Breakfast is exceptional; dinner in the top floor restaurant was good, though service is slow, but we were not in a rush. My spa treatment was wonderful; Marina was excellent.

The water in the pool seemed colder than we remembered and that will mean we won't swim again. At 88/89, we are sensitive to the cold. We had some difficulty figuring out how to get all the lights out at bedtime!

The hotel is in a very good location, situated on a nice street with many cafés and restaurants nearby. It is only a 5–10 minute drive to the Old Town, depending on traffic. The rooms are clean and well-designed.

Staff should receive proper training in hospitality. From the security at the entrance to the housekeeping team and the lobby staff, the overall experience was very poor. The staff member at the lobby felt very mechanical—honestly, a robot might have been more cost-efficient. Similarly, the security personnel did not greet guests; there was no “hello,” “welcome,” or “have a nice day.” Despite the hotel’s good location, I would not choose to stay here again. There are much better hotel options nearby.
